- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Administrativo de Cartagena, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por Puerta Pablo Badal contra el Instituto de Seguro Social y la empresa de Servicios Publicos Distritales de Cartagena en Liquidacion.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil Municipal de Cartagena con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
